Monthly preventive maintenance for carrier air cool chiller system,
- to provide general service includes cleaning of fan coil unit,blower fan,drainage plate,drainage pipe
- to cleaning of outdoor condensor coil
- to check v- belt and motor fan for indoor AHU
- to check gas pressure and refill if necessary
- to check running amp and make sure system in good condition
